All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be returned in new &amp; unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping Charges cannot be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online orders can be returned or exchanged at any U.S. Carhartt WIP store within 14 days of delivery date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carhartt WIP North America reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items listed as &#8220;Final Sale&#8221; are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to: all Sale Items, Gift Cards, select collaborative releases and select items (hats, underwear, socks, gadgets &amp; swimwear).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders shipped within the U.S are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refund or Store Credit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All online returns are subject to a $7 return fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return fee is waived for exchanges or returns for store credit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store credit can be redeemed at the Carhartt WIP USA online store and any of our physical\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/us.carhartt-wip.com\/en-us\/stores\">store locations<\/a>\u00a0in the U.S.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><br>Exchanges:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can be accommodated for the same style in a different size or color, or for a different item of higher or lower value entirely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the exchanged product\u2019s value is less than 50% of the total return value, the return is considered a refund, and the $7 return fee will apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability and not guaranteed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Returns In-Store:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The return fee will be waived for any online orders returned to a physical store location in the U.S.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stock availability may differ by location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an exchange request has been initiated through the online return portal, the return must be processed online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/returns.us.carhartt-wip.com\/\">Start Return<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Defective Items<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return to Sender \/ Refused Packages<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return.
